RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints

  1. Eliza Flowersis responsible to the Customer for non-compliance with the sales contract of the Product purchased by the Customer, in particular to the extent specified by the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended).

  2. In order to improve the complaint procedure, it is advisable to send toEliza Flowersphotos of the advertised Product with a description of the complaint.

  3. The complaint may be submitted by phone, fax, e-mail or in person at the company's headquarters.

  4. A complaint regarding flowers is considered within 1 business day from the date of its submission for parcels delivered in Lublin.  If the complaint takes longer to resolve, these deadlines may be extended to 14 days.

  5. Complaints regarding the freshness of flower products (flowers, flowers in a box, flower arrangements) and compliance of the flowers with the order should be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery. It is recommended to provide a photo of the advertised Product or the Product itself to the seller's premises. After this deadline, it may not be feasible to consider the complaint.

  6. Other comments on the contract may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  7. After filing a complaintEliza Flowershe will explain it and suggest a possible solution.

  8. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stated that none of the provisions of these Regulations limits the rights of the Customer who is a Consumer due to applicable law. In each case, the provisions of the applicable law shall prevail, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

  9. If the provisions of sec. 2-10 above will be less favorable for the Consumer than the provisions of generally applicable law, especially with regard to the deadlines for considering complaints, these provisions, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, will apply to Consumers.

  10. Filing a complaint is not a prerequisite for pursuing claims in court.
